HOW TO BOOK
After school clubs
If you have received a letter from school about an After school club, please fill in the reply slip and return it with payment to the school office.
Holiday camps
To book onto one of holiday camps please
1) Email us at sportscubed11@hotmail.co.uk or telephone us with the camp dates, your child's full name, age and an email address to reserve a place.
2) We will confirm for your child's place with an email. The email will contain our welcome pack and registration forms for you to fill in.
3)Bring completed the completed registration form on the first day of camp.
4) Pay by Cheque/Cash on the first day of camp.
PAYMENT
Payments can be made by cash or cheque.
Please make all Cheques payable to 'Sportscubed'.
